Try Our Pho Mix: A Vietnamese Classic
At Pho-Shi, our Vietnamese noodle soup, pho, is the star of the show. Imagine a steaming bowl filled with delicate rice noodles, tender slices of meat, and aromatic herbs. Pho is not just food; it’s an experience. Light and fresh, it’s perfect for any time of the day. Our chefs prepare each bowl with care, ensuring you get a taste of Vietnam in every sip.
Pad Thai: Fresh and Flavorful
Check out our Pad Thai - a flavorful blend of rice noodles, fresh vegetables, and your choice of shrimp, chicken, or tofu. Tossed in a savory-sweet tamarind sauce, it’s garnished with crunchy peanuts, bean sprouts, and a hint of lime. This dish captures the essence of Thai cuisine, offering a perfect balance of taste and texture in every bite.

One of the best Asian restaurant in Troy... We tried the chef special sushi, spicy Korean ramen, lomein noodles and basil fried rice.. all very good. The service is efficient supported by a robot which brings food to the table.. a unique experience. The owner is the chef and the effort is reflected in the entire experience. Highly recommended..
Short rib pho was so good. Coming back at some point just for that. Drunken noodles and sushi were also good so we will try those again too. But the pho was the best. Friendly workers and a little robot brings your food.
he service here is exceptional. I've not had a single complaint, even though I've been here many times. The food is excellent. I recommend the Pho with Prime rib. Delicious
